Elegant chocolates, if you're looking for a nice gift

Could've given them five stars but the manager thought that I worked as a delivery person. Like I couldn't afford those chocolates. I was wearing a hoodie and a hat. I was flying to Hawaii the day after and wanted to take some of those chocolates with me. Unfortunately they didn't have the flavor I wanted and she wasn't willing to get them from one of the other locations that had them. But I was mostly bothered by her profiling because of what I was wearing. The rest of the staff was very nice and professional.

Small shop with chocolates of highest quality and price. They have boxes and gift packs and a glass cased area to pick choices. Samples given everytime l visited. Salted caramels are top selling. They cost a lot.

This is a chocolate livers paradise. High end chocolate selection with a display that lights up the downtown Seattle street. Dark chocolate covered ginger was delectable! This is the perfect after dinner stop to grab a little dessert.

Fran’s absolutely is a Seattle treasure. You always get a free sample when you visit. Their famous sea salt caramels are the bomb - my fave is the milk chocolate. Their assorted truffles are also very high quality and tasty - I knocked off one star because I wish they had a little more variety, or seasonal choices. I love the fudgey brownie truffle, and the raspberry. Whiskey is good too! You can buy a preset box or customize your own, and I find the prices very reasonable for a high end chocolatier shop. Ean and elegant store front. This is our go to store when we need to buy gifts for our family and friends visiting Seattle. The store kindly offered samples. Salted caramel is still my favorite.

This Fran's Chocolate store is very beautiful and very pleasant place to be. The decor is great, and we were received with a free sample of their delicious chocolate.We stopped by for a hot chocolate on a cold afternoon and were not disappointed! The mocha was delicious, and they kindly made a cold version of their chocolate for one of us. We really enjoyed the experience. I just wish they had more space for a couple more tables!

Fran's is so great and the stores are lovely and elegant. But the real magic happens with the unassuming nut gold bars. I first heard about them on the Food Network show "Best Thing I Ever Ate" and had to try. So so so good. Worth every calorie (and cent). And all of the flavors are delish!

Excellent service & products!

An amazing place for all things chocolate. You can purchase premade boxes or pick your own from the chocolate bar. There is so much to choose from. All the chocolates are so delicious. You can taste the difference in quality. They make great chocolate.

Perfectly nice place, elegant packaging, and good customer service. I purchased the hot chocolate and a variety box; not my preferred type of chocolate so I ended up being disappointed, but still a good experience.

I followed my co-workers recommendation to check out this place. They make really delicious and special chocolate! I wouldn't find such nice collections with unique flavors anywhere else. Their products are not cheap but definitely worth the price.

Just go! The chocolates are great and not too expensive. You've probably heard that the salted caramels are the First Lady's favorite chocolates and after you taste one, you'll know why. They do offer a free truffle tasting if you ask. I bought a box of chocolates to go and they were devoured by family and friends. Worth the stop!
